Last Night's Dinner: Peking Duck from China
Mom brought home some duck during her last trip. Decided to heat it via Turbo broiler, then served rolled in a Pita bread with some fresh Coriander and Cucumber

what were the settings of the turbo broiler? I've been trying to roast a duck but somehow the duck just doesn't taste right. The skin feels rubbery.

tasted nice. serving it with cucumber and coriander was a good idea coz it gave it a fresh taste to balance out the natural saltiness of the duck.
