Strawberry Jelly on Banana Vanilla Creme Panacotta
~tropical-angel gave me a box of fresh strawberries
Sliced up a few pieces, infused in in water, Jelly mix and caster sugar. Set it aside over some cups.
Later on blended together some All purpose cream, bananas, vanilla extract and some yogart. Heated it over a pan and added some jelly mix to it to harden.
Served with fresh berries and a drizzle of dark choco syrup
